“The Discursive Power of Cognitive Science: A Sympoietic History,” is drawn from Chapter 4 of Emma Marsano's Cognitive Science senior honors thesis, "The Discipline(s) of Cognitive Science: Sloan Funding and Interdisciplinary Knowledge Production," and builds on a historical analysis using decolonial philosophy of science and feminist science studies. Professor Treva Ellison was one of the advisors for this project.
