The Consortium of Studies in Race, Migration, and Sexuality (RMS) is excited to announce a workshop led by Dr. Kelly Chung, Dartmouth Postdoctoral Fellow in Asian American Studies and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program (WGSS). These workshops are designed to introduce our RMS-affiliated postdocs and junior faculty to the Dartmouth community. While our undergraduate students are the intended audience, everyone—including other faculty and postdocs—is welcomed to join.

This workshop will offer an overview of Dr. Chung’s article, “Sleepwalking Slowly: Kat Eng and the Feminist Art of Living Labor in Common Time,” published in ASAP/Journal as well as her current book project, which traces black and women of color feminist performances of inaction that expand the ways we dominantly perceive political action and labor resistance in and around the U.S.
