A Gentle — low to mid intensity — hatha yoga session involving synchronous breath work and asana practice, designed to help you feel balanced and reinvigorated. Taught by classically trained teachers.
5:30-6:30pm each Tuesday of Summer Term at the BEMA (Rain location: Tucker Meditation Room)
