Jacqueline D. Wernimont joins the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program this year with the Distinguished Professorship in Digital Humanities and Social Engagement. Professor Wernimont's work is both scholarly and creative, and the new Digital Justice Co-operative in Bartlett 201 will be "a vital space for those interested in greater justice in digital cultures." Her new book, Numbered Lives: Life and Death in Quantum Media, is due out in November 2018 from MIT Press.
